After years in the corporate jungle, a company restructuring left me at a crossroads and I decided it was time to take an entrepreneurial path. I was passionate about food and preparing healthy meals, so I decided to make it my business focus and launched my personal chef business.

My mission was to bring families back to the dinner table to enjoy healthy, homemade weeknight suppers. Taking the time to nourish your body with the nutrients that it needs and sharing a meal together at the end of day has been shown to help children in so many positive ways. 


For many families, gathering for a family meal is a luxury that is difficult to accomplish with such hectic schedules and commitments. I spent 14 years helping families, singles, and seniors to eat right and live well.
My experience developed into a passion for my own health, wellness and vitality and helping others to achieve the same. My goal now is to help people reduce their stress, simplify their nutritional decisions and improve their health and overall well-being. I believe that we can all benefit when we invest more time into taking care of ourselves, enjoying our families and going after our dreams and, in doing so, be able to live a fulfilling life.
