After a successful career in the IT industry as a Corporate Educator, I followed a passion for food and cooking by starting my own personal chef business. Now I’m combining my passion for healthy living and home cooking; helping people to simplify their nutrition, focus on reaching their health goals and create a lifestyle that is maintainable FOR LIFE.
My mission is to empower you to get back into the kitchen, be inspired by flavours and show you that a healthy meal can be easy and fun to prepare. I believe that families can benefit greatly from sharing a healthy meal together. When you include new recipes, new taste experiences and some simple strategies for healthy eating, you can create the opportunity to bring your family back to the dinner table where conversation can flourish. A hectic lifestyle doesn’t mean that eating habits need to be compromised.
